How your VR experience works
When you arrive at Zero Latency, you will be greeted by your host, who welcomes you and introduces you to your mission. Your host will explain the equipment and prepare you for the experience you will have together on your VR adventure. There are three different game modes. The majority of the rooms are cooperative games, where you will embark on missions against evil and the unknown together. In one of the games, it’s a duel between two players, and finally, there is a more family-friendly room with smaller cooperative tasks.

At Zero Latency, we use the latest HTC Vive Focus 3 wireless headset, which ensures a superior experience without the hassle of cables. You will also receive a specially designed Zero Latency gun, allowing you to fully engage in the game. All equipment is easy to use and designed to provide you with a seamless experience.

Step into the virtual world

You will find Zero Latency in our outlet, Copenhagen Designer Outlet, opposite Hermans Hule. Zero Latency has extended opening hours compared to the rest of the center. Monday-Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Note: it is possible to book an hour after closing time by appointment.
